Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

**Shipping Methods & Delivery**
- Standard shipping (USPS/UPS): 3-7 business days within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at drjnutrition.store/account or using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

**Subscription Shipments**
Autorefill & Save subscriptions ship automatically on your renewal date. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email for each renewal.

**Shipping Delays**
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify your address at checkout. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact support@drjnutrition.store.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

**Incorrect Address**
If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we will reship to the correct address once we receive the package. Additional shipping charges may apply.
