Refund policy

At DrJ Food Research, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time orders.

**30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**
If you are not satisfied with any product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@drjnutrition.store for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding original shipping charges). We will provide return instructions and process your refund once the return is received. This guarantee applies to one unit of each product per customer/household.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

**Returns**
To request a refund, email support@drjnutrition.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

**Subscription Cancellation (Autorefill & Save)**
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no questions. To cancel, skip, or change your subscription:
- Log in to your account at drjnutrition.store/account
- Or email DrJ@drjnutrition.store and we will cancel it for you

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle. Refunds are not issued for subscription cycles that have already been billed and shipped, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

**How Refunds Are Processed**
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Subscription refunds follow the same process.
